2010 Saturday Workshop Schedule
10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Each month, we will offer two unique workshops: one focused on the third limb of yoga - Postures or Asana - and one focused on the seventh limb of yoga - Meditation or Dhyana.  The workshop format offers us the opportunity to truly explore these areas in depth using innovative approaches such as biofeedback, photographic analysis and all of the experiential sciences that yoga has to offer!  

Our asana work will progress through the various families of postures, exploring the unique aspects of each, as well as discovering how to best experience each of the postures in your body.  

Our dhyana work will also be progressive as we experientially explore the many essential facets of a meditation practice.  Western science is just beginning to appreciate the depth of benefits that come though a regular meditation practice.  The yogis, on the other hand, have been developing this spiritual science for more than 5,000 years.  Thankfully, they have given us a fairly detailed roadmap to help us on our individual paths.  

All workshops are open to practitioners of all ability levels!
