Pain is often a motivation for individuals to come to yoga; yoga has much to offer in terms of pain reduction and management. Personalized yoga plans can be developed and taught to address many conditions. Initial assessment sessions are free. If it is mutually agreed that yoga many be beneficial, development of a personalized plan and subsequent sessions are $50 per session.
